Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders you place with Sleeping Earthed are normally shipped within one business day. Delivery usually takes between 2-8 business days, depending on your location (distance from Southern California).

You will receive a confirming email when your order is received.  Another email is sent to you when your package is shipped.  The second email contains a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your order. 

Please make sure that you provide us with a correct email and shipping address.  Sleeping Earthed is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.  If your email address is not correct you will not receive confirmation emails from us.

Damaged parcels
Sleeping Earthed makes every effort to ensure that your order will arrive in good condition.  If your order arrives damaged, please save the box/packaging and contact us immediately.  All return/damage inquiries must be made (via email or phone) within 2 business days of receiving your order.
